We bought this 100yr old home here in Statham and have been putting off insulating the floors til now. We had 3 estimates done and if you are planning to do the same thing just save yourself the trouble. Jeff answered all the questions and then some. Price was well below the others and we waited only a week for the job to be done. The crew showed up on time, discussed their plans, answered any questions we had and job was completed in 4-5 hours. Absoulte GREAT experience!! We contacted silver lining spray foam for a quote to have our attic air sealed. Jeff came out the same day. He measured and sent over a quote with in a couple hours. After getting 2 more quotes we decided to go with silver lining due to there knowledge, fair quote, and overall friendliness. Not once did they try to convince me or push me into the process or anything that we did not need.They gave us all the information we asked for and even let a brochure on the products that they use. Jason and tyler showed up right on time even though it was raining and we were in a tornado watch. They were extremely thorough with their process. All areas of work were protected very well and then cleaned up like it never happened when they were done. Through out the install jason made sure to keep me updated. Tyler and jason found a area in one of the bed rooms that was not quoted, and foamed it all up at no extra charge due to being a critical part for the proper air sealing. Once the install was complete jason did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Our overall experience was amazing with this team! Start to finish it was perfect. We highly recommend silver living spray foam!
